FormulaEmpire™ - Return & Exchange Policy
At FormulaEmpire™, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your F1 jacket. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read our policy below for all the details.
1. Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
2. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn: The jacket should be in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear, stains, or damage.
- Original packaging and tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned with the product.
- Proof of purchase: Please include your order number or proof of purchase when returning the item.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@formulaempire.com or via our Live Chat with your order details and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to send the jacket back.
- Pack the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with the RA number and proof of purchase.
- Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process as a return. Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement item. If there’s any price difference, we will adjust the amount accordingly.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@formulaempire.com. We will arrange for a return and issue a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Edition are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
8. International Returns
For international returns, please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Customs fees or duties incurred during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
