- The item is returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- You have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt).
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Final Sale items, which will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
- Gift cards, which are not eligible for refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@formulaempire.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Return the Item: Once you receive the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and send it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending an incorrect or defective item).
- If you paid with a gift card or other special payment method, your refund will be issued to that same form of payment.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@formulaempire.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund (including shipping fees) once the item is returned.
6. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. However, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
7. International Refunds
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as domestic orders. Please note that customs duties or other import fees are non-refundable.
